Last month, when we photographed Karolina and Michael’s engagement session, we knew that their wedding pictures would be fantastic – and they are! Here is but a small sampling of some of our favorite images of the day. The first image below was taken in front of St. Teresa of Avila in Summit, NJ. where the ceremony took place.

Karolina was very fond of their 1949 Black Cadillac limo…….she thought it would be fun to bring along toy guns and fedoras for a few “gangster” pictures. Very Bonnie and Clyde, no?

…then onto the beach at Spring Lake! We had so much fun photographing these! Karolina had told us she wanted to run around on the beach, but we didn’t expect her to hike up her dress and literally run in the surf with Michael!

This particular wave of water took us all by surprise. Truly a  photo-journalistic moment.

The reception took place at Doolan’s in Spring Lake, NJ.

Last year when we photographed Jessica and Bryan’s engagement session we knew their wedding was going to be one to look forward to. They are a fun loving couple that have known each other FOREVER (well, at least since elementary school)

We stopped off for a few fun photos in the gardens of  the Venetian in Garfield, NJ where their reception was held.

It always gives us “Figs” warm and fuzzy feelings when see our former couples again. Here Justin and Jennifer hang out with the newly married couple. You can also see Jennifer and Justin again in the Trash The Dress session that we photographed on the Jersey shore!

Laura and Harlan had both their ceremony and reception at the Park Savoy in  Florham Park. For the prep pictures we were excited to see Laura had some hot pink shoes waiting for us to photograph. They matched perfectly with her pink and yellow bouquet (which we also loved!)

The Park Savoy dance floor rocked all night to the music of the Rhythm Shop.
